Our purpose

The purpose of the Stony Plain Horticultural Society is to foster and promote horticulture of the highest quality possible amongst its members and in the community.

Meeting Details

Monthly general meetings will be held in the drama room of the stony Plain High school, 50 Westerra Centre doors open at 7:00 p.m., meeting takes place at 7:30 p.m. (look for our signs). Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month (except July, August, December and January). Membership is not required to attend a meeting but we do ask for a $2.00 drop-in donation fee.

Membership

Any person may become a member at any time on payment of a $10.00 fee. Membership entitles one to vote and / or hold office in the society and to participate in award competitions. Children under the age of 18 may enter competitions without the requirement of a membership fee.
